Resolution
PreStocks markets settle from the Switchboard oracle network: after the snapshot, anyone can pull a fresh signed reading of the PreStocks API on-chain, and the program decides YES or NO from it. Other markets use a resolver key that publishes its evidence, and the file's hash is stored on-chain. Either way a guardian can veto during the challenge window, then anyone can finalize. Final is permanent.
